Basic 6 week, 12 week or 24 week program that is tailored to  your goals, weight loss or muscle gain or any other goal you are trying to reach with your health and body. This will be customized and based on your individualized needs. Follow the custom online program we design for you and you will see awesome guaranteed results. Competition Prep/Advanced Online Coaching, 8-24 week program. This program is for the more serious advanced individual, athlete and competitor. This Prep is more challenging to the body and mind. This is for those who are willing to go to the extreme into a competition show or want a drastic change for themselves. This program will put your mental toughness to the Test.  Are you tough enough to become your best?


Small Group Personal Training, consists of up to 4 clients Max per session ($35 per session) This hybrid  workout consists of a variety of different style exercises for the duration of 60-min. The main targets focused on are Body Development, Fat Loss, Strength Gain, Endurance, Mobility, and Corrective Exercising.

Our training style combines and  incorporates all four basic types of exercise: Aerobic exercise(cardio), Anaerobic Exercise(strength training), Stretching exercise(Flexibility), and Balance exercises. Therefore our training will help you  improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength/endurance, your flexibility/mobility and your overall body composition.


This effective training/coaching is highly recommended for proper exercising. This training/coaching includes nutrition guidance and is priced to accommodate for any budget. It's comes at a very affordable price to incorporate fitness into your lifestyle. Expect to get great results in just 4 weeks of training!


Option 1:

One on one Private training is $75.00 per session for basic one on one training. This session will be custom made to the client needs, 50min of Custom training to help clients meet any specific goals they are trying to achieve.

​Option 2:

One on one Competition Prep Private Training is $95 per session. This Solo Private Session is designed for a client with the specific goal of preparing for a bodybuilding competition. Will be focused on body building & body sculpting, weight loss/gain and nutrition competition prep.
